How Our Orders Work
All Leave No Trace products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. This means your shirt is printed specifically for you after you place your order — we don't hold inventory. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production is complete:

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days from order date.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after you receive the email.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package is genuinely lost or significantly delayed, contact us at Leavenotrace@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order enters production we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
